Today I will tell you about HOW TO CONTACT KANHAIYA KUMAR.

Kanhaiya Kumar was elected president of the JNU students union in 2015, he was a relatively unknown figure. However, due to an incident in which he was accused of riling the crowd by shouting anti-national slogans, he rose to the status of a national figure who is infamous throughout the country. As a result of allegations made by a member of the Bharatiya Janata Party who serves in Parliament named Maheish Girri and the ABVP in 2016, he was indicted on charges of sedition for protesting the execution of convicted attack perpetrator Afzal Guru.

When he spoke his opinion on an occurrence that he didn’t really support, he was accused of being a terrorist. Since he used his right to free speech, he was criticised in the press and he received verbal abuse from the authorities. He categorically rejected all of the allegations made against him. Born in the city of Begusarai in the state of Bihar, Kumar is an enthusiastic supporter of the CPI. During his time as a graduate student, he got heavily involved in student politics.

He became a member of the All India Student Federation (AISF), and after obtaining his MA in African Studies from Nalanda University in Patna, he continued his education to get his PhD in African Studies from Jawaharlal University in 2011. In the JNU admission test, he received the highest score possible. In 2018, he became a member of the Communist Party of India (CPI), and in 2019, he ran for election to the Lok Parliament from the Begusarai constituency in Bihar on a CPI ticket. However, he was unsuccessful and lost to Giriraj Singh of the BJP. After some time had passed, on October 2, 2021, Kanhaiya Kumar became a member of the Indian National Congress Party.

Kanhaiya Kumar was born on Tuesday, January 13, 1987 (as of the year 2021, he is now 34 years old) in the hamlet of Bihat located in Begusarai, Bihar. He was born under the sign of Capricorn. His educational background includes time spent at the Madhya Vidyalaya, RKC High School, and Ram Ratan Singh College in the state of Bihar. After that, he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Geography from the College of Commerce in Patna, a Master of Arts degree in Sociology from the Nalanda Open University in Patna, and a Doctor of Philosophy degree in African Studies from Jawaharlal University in New Delhi.

He was a brilliant student all through his time in elementary school, middle school, high school, and college, and he always did well on tests. He got the highest score of anybody who had applied to the JNU. The people who have taught him have said that he has not acted appropriately and is always courteous. In 2016, when the scandal involving JNU first surfaced, the news outlets aired a video from the meeting in question. It was shown that Kanhaiya Kumar, along with other students, yelled anti-national chants and said that the terrorist Afzal Guru should not have been handed the death penalty.

That resulted in a great deal of mayhem and ultimately led to the arrest of Kanhaiya Kumar along with two other JNU students. That sparked a significant amount of debate. After it was discovered that the video had been altered in some way, a number of reporters and authors from other countries immediately rallied to Kanhaiya Kumar’s defence. They were also vocal in their criticism of the Indian government, particularly in light of the fact that he was the only person to be arrested for sedition in India after the year 1987. He was the subject of the sedition allegations that led to his detention.

Kanhaiya Kumar comes from a family that is considered to be of the Higher Caste within the Bhumihar Group. His farmer father, Jaishankar Singh, had gone away on November 4th, 2016, after a long and productive life. Along with Kanhaiya’s sister, Juhi, his mother, Meena Devi, runs a tiffin service to raise money for her son Kanhaiya’s election campaign. Meena Devi is a worker at an Anganwadi. Manikant Singh works as a manufacturing supervisor in Assam, while Prince Kumar is a student. Kanhaiya has two brothers. Manikant Singh and Prince Kumar.

2004 was the year that Kanhaiya became a member of the All India Students’ Federation (AISF). In 2011, after enrolling at Jawaharlal Nehru University (also known as JNU), he became involved in the politics of the university. In September 2015, he made history by being the first individual affiliated with AISF to be elected to the position of President of the JNU Student’s Union (JNUSU).

During the JNU scandal, he catapulted to popularity, and many journalists and politicians predicted that he would join active politics. This was due to the encouragement and support he received from people all over the globe for speaking out against the Indian government. Kanhaiya was let out of prison when it was discovered that the film that had been making the rounds in the media had been doctored, and there was no proof to support the accusations that had been made against him. It was later determined that the anti-national chants had been chanted by individuals from outside of JNU, and not by Kanhaiya Kumar or any of the students within JNU.

On April 29, 2018, he was chosen to serve on the National Council of the Communist Party of India, which is comprised of 125 members (CPI). He was allotted a seat to run for the General Election in 2019 from the Begusarai constituency in the state of Bihar. Nevertheless, the election was won by Giriraj Singh of the BJP by a margin of 4.22 lakh votes, and he came in second place. On February 12, 2016, Kanhaiya Kumar and two other students were taken into custody and charged with sedition (under Indian Penal Code section 124-A) and criminal conspiracy (IPC 120-B).

At an event that took place on the JNU campus, a video surfaced on national news networks showing Kanhaiya Kumar and other JNU students shouting anti-national chants. That was the reason for their arrest. The video also demonstrated that they disagreed with the decision of the government to carry out the death penalty against the terrorist Afzal Guru.

On the morning of February 15, 2016, as Kanhaiya Kumar was being transported by the police to the Patiala House Court for his hearing, he was verbally attacked and physically assaulted by a group of attorneys who were present on the court grounds. It was first believed that the assault was unplanned; however, it was subsequently discovered, via the use of a sting operation, that the attack had been meticulously organised. According to reports, the attorneys intended to demonstrate their authority to Kanhaiya Kumar by carrying out another assault on him.

When Kanhaiya Kumar was freed from prison, he was the target of many threats to his life from political figures and attorneys. Kanhaiya Kumar went to the authorities and informed them of all of these threats. On March 10, 2016, a guy from Ghaziabad who accused Kanhaiya of being a deshdrohi assaulted him, causing him to sustain injuries (Traitor). When questioned, the guy said that he would assault him once again if he were given the opportunity to do so. The individual was taken into custody.

Kanhaiya Kumar organised a demonstration on March 15, 2016, in front of the parliament building in order to call for the release of two other JNU students who had been detained along with him. Throughout the course of the demonstration, four separate individuals made an attempt to assault Kanhaiya. With the intervention of the police, each person was taken into custody. Kanhiaya has a long history of involvement in the performing arts, including time spent with the Indian People’s Theatre Association (IPTA). It is India’s longest-running and most prestigious organisation for theatrical performers. It is said that he is a very level-headed and peace-loving individual. His boyhood buddy Shahnawaz said the following after he was arrested: “He is politically sound, and his strength in all of this is that he knows he has not done anything wrong.”

Following Kanhaiya’s detention, his parents made the following statement: “Forget the country; he has never disgraced us in his life. Kanhaiya can never dishonour his country by yelling anti-national chants.” His father was disabled, and he had spent many years of his life confined to bed. He died suddenly in November 2016, just a few short months after he was taken into custody. His mother is employed at an Anganwadi and brings in a monthly salary of 3,000 Indian Rupees. Along with Kanhaiya’s sister, Juhi, she operates a tiffin business so that they may contribute to Kanhaiya’s election campaign.

After his release from prison on March 3, 2016, Kanhaiya met the students of the Jawaharlal Nehru University (JNU) and delivered a lecture to them. The students greeted him in a kind manner and assured him that he would have their support in his endeavours in the future. Kanhaiya made it clear that he did not desire freedom from India but rather freedom inside India, contrary to how the media and the Indian government had interpreted his position. After Kanhaiya’s detention, former students of the Jawaharlal Nehru University (JNU) from all over the globe voiced their disagreement with the Indian government’s decision to place him under custody, arguing that the extreme police action taken was both unwarranted and unjustified.

The JNU episode is a “shameful act of the Indian Government,” over 130 eminent academics from across the globe stated in a joint statement, referring to the Indian government’s invocation of sedition laws that were developed during the period of colonial rule to stifle dissent. We condemn the dictatorial and dangerous culture that the current administration in India has fostered. At an event that took place on the JNU campus in February of 2016, the Delhi Police arrested Kanhaiya Kumar on charges of inciting a riot and sedition.

Students from JNU planned the gathering to commemorate the second anniversary of the hanging of terrorist prisoner Afzal Guru, who was responsible for the assault on the Parliament. Kumar has refuted allegations that he yelled chants that undermined the sovereignty of the nation. The imprisonment of Kumar elicited furious responses from political opposition groups, educators, students, and intellectuals alike. To protest his arrest, JNU students went on strike.

After being transported to the Patiala House court for the hearings on the case, Kumar was assaulted many times while he was there. In the end, a panel that had been constituted by the Supreme Court determined that the police officers who were present at the Court were to blame for the security breaches that occurred. On March 3, 2016, Kanhaiya Kumar delivered a statement in front of a packed auditorium on the JNU campus. In it, he declared that he was seeking freedom inside India rather than independence from India. He pleaded with his followers to maintain their chanting of Azadi chants (freedom).

The speech was appreciated by the leaders of political parties other than the BJP as well as by independent observers. In recent years, Kumar has established himself as a “national political star.” Yet after all of this political commotion and stunting, he was able to locate Azadi in India’s Congress party, which is widely regarded as the country’s most corrupt political party. At a celebration of International Women’s Day on March 8, 2016, Kumar brought up the issue of rapes committed against Kashmiri women by personnel belonging to the Indian Army.

This has been criticised by the Bharatiya Janata Yuva Morcha as being “anti-national” (BJYM). According to the BJYM, both Professor Kumar and Professor Nivedita Menon of the JNU were accused of uttering “anti-national” statements. At a civil court in Patna, Kumar was accused of sedition as well as slandering a person. According to a report that was made public on March 10, 2016, Kumar was given a sanction by the administration of JNU in October 2015 for “misbehaving” with a female student and “threatening” her.

In June 2015, Kumar is said to have been urinating in public, and when a female student confronted him about it, he reportedly got belligerent and threatened the girl. The AISF said that the prosecution against Kumar was an attempt to ruin his reputation. In the month of January 1987, Kanhaiya Kumar was born in the hamlet of Bihat, which is located in the Begusarai district of Bihar. Barauni is located nearby. The constituency of Teghra is known for its status as a CPC stronghold, and the hamlet in question may be found there. Kumar’s father is referred to as Jaishankar Singh.

Meena Devi, his mother, is an Anganwadi worker. Manikant, his elder brother, is employed by a firm in Assam in the capacity of a supervisor. His whole family has a long history of enthusiastic support for the CPI. Before attending R. K. C. High School in Barauni, Kanhaiya Kumar completed his elementary and middle schooling at Madhya Vidyalaya in Masudpur up till the sixth grade. Kumar was a member of the Indian People’s Theater Association (IPTA), a cultural group with a tilt to the left that goes back to the time of India’s independence struggle and was responsible for producing a number of plays and events in which Kumar took part. For the Class X final examinations that he took in 2002, he was awarded a first division.

After graduating from high school, Kumar enrolled at Ram Ratan Singh College in Mokama. There, he attended grades XI and XII in the science department. He attended the College of Commerce, Arts and Science in Patna and graduated with a “first-class” degree in geography in the year 2007. He graduated with a Bachelor of Commerce, Arts, and Science from the College of Commerce, Arts, and Science in Patna, Bihar. After that, he received his master’s degree from Nalanda Open University and his doctorate from Jawaharlal Nehru University in Delhi. Nonetheless, there are several questions about the legitimacy of his Doctorate degree.
